Effe Elle s.r.l. is a family business in Florence. Since 1978 it has been producing yarns for the most famous world brands. Only the best quality is produced from the beginning, they are equipped for this. So they didn’t know what to do with the trend that world brands started to lower in quality in the early 2000s. Thus, the production of lower quality yarns was outsourced to China and Turkey, respectively, according to Effe Elle s.r.l. and founded its own exclusive quality brand called Borgo de Pazzi.

They work exclusively from the best ingredients available on the world market, creating the most exclusive, unique products. The factory has a very good market position in Western Europe. Their yarns are flawless, the production quality is much better than that of well-known world brands. There are a lot of their hand-dyed yarns, no two of which are exactly the same, which is what gives them their exclusivity. The owners and managers of the factory are all family members with generations of experience, and we do not know more dedicated people in yarn production. Even the board ends up in the factory and makes the yarns with their own hands.

Borgo de Pazzi offers yarns not found elsewhere. For example, they are the only ones who make light and warm, 100% cotton yarns that can be knitted as lightly as wool yarn. Hannah yarn made from Eucalyptus has more favorable properties than the most expensive silk and is also produced exclusively by Borgo de Pazzi.
